Classes
At Evergreen Pilates we offer Pilates equipment, mat, and special
interest classes. All classes are 55 minutes in length except where
otherwise noted. If you are new to the equipment classes, please
first attend five Pilates Foundations and/or private lessons.
Pilates of Evergreen is pleased to offer the following classes. Each session is 55 minutes in length, and all classes require advance sign up.

Equipment Classes
Reformer/Cadillac
Using the reformer and Cadillac, classes are designed to build core strength, create uniform muscle strength and flexibility, and provide a full body workout. Adjustable spring tension helps you to tap into your core and develop longer, leaner muscles. Classes are limited to 4 clients to ensure a satisfying experience. If you are new to the equipment classes, please attend at least three Pilates Foundations classes or private lessons. Please consider the introductory packages listed below.
Free Introductory Lesson
This 55-minute lesson introduces introduces beginning clients to principles such as: core engagement, alignment, posture, shoulder and pelvic stabilization, and breathing. If you are new to the Pilates equipment work, please consider signing up for this lesson. Clients learn basic Pilates exercises on the Reformer and Cadillac.
Pilates Circuit
This class combines the work of five different pieces of equipment into one session. As you move through the studio, a dynamic and challenging workout is created. This class is intended for clients who have gained a high level of proficiency and want to add more variety and challenge to their workout.
Pilates for Athletes
Condition your body for optimal performance and avoid sport specific injuries. Please visit our website to learn more about our current training focus. No matter the season, this class is focused on keeping you in tip top shape.
Pilates for Mommies
This class is designed for expectant and new mothers. Many women practice Pilates throughout pregnancy for a more comfortable pregnancy and speedier recovery. Once you’ve had your baby, Pilates will help you regain muscle tone, balance and proper alignment. See our Moms and Babies.

Pilates is wonderful for toning the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, and is the ideal form of exercises for pregnancy. It is low impact, body balancing and core strengthening. By practicing Pilates throughout your pregnancy, you will maintain a stronger core, experience a more comfortable pregnancy and deliver, and recover more quickly.
Mat Classes
Mat classes are the foundation of the Pilates repertoire. The mat work is a fluid series of floor work designed to improve: core strength, flexibility, alignment, balance and breathing. Magic circles, fit balls, Thera-bands, hand weights, and foam rollers are utilized.
Combo Class
Can't decide whether to take a Mat class or an equipment class? This class offers you the best of both. Half of the session takes place on the mat using various props, and the other takes place on the equipment. This class is a great way to add variety to your workout while maximizing your time.
Pilates for Golfers
Prepare for the your best golf season ever. You'll improve alignment, core strength, flexibility, coordination, posture and range of motion. In addition, you'll learn warm ups for the driving range, pre-round stretches and more. Your personal fitness assessment includes a posture, gait, and spine analysis, and identifies areas of strength, weakness, and flexibility. Improving your awareness, this session will help you to focus your energy and to set achievable fitness goals.
Private Lessons
This is the best way to ensure that your unique goals, concerns and needs are met. Tailoring each session to you, your Pilates coach will help you to set goals, address day-to-day movement patterns, and alleviate areas of tension. If you have an injury or a chronic condition, this is the best way to make sure you receive proper attention and care.
Semi-Private Lessons
Spend time working out with a good friend or loved one. This personalized session is tailored to the needs of both people and includes work on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel and Mat.
Healthy Backs & Stretch
This reformer class incorporates core strengthening exercises, stretching, and practical alignment and movement coaching tips for maintaining a healthy and happy back.
Getting Started
For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a registration form and become acquainted with our studio. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please consult with your physician before attending a class. You’ll want to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Shoes are not necessary. All sessions require an advance signup, and payment is due on the day of visit.

Please note that sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Payment is due on the same day of visit. You may schedule and pay for your sessions on line or call 303-679-1664. All sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, or that result in a no-show are to be paid in full.
