Springtime has finally arrived in Evergreen. As we enjoy the first signs of spring - green grass, the melting of Evergreen Lake, and the return of singing birds, I encourage you to seek all that this season has to offer.

Spring is a great time to create, or re-affirm your personal vision for health and well being. All of us at Evergreen Pilates believe that what you can conceive - you can achieve. As Pilates teachers and coaches, we are privileged to witness and support so many of you in your quest for greater well-being. Pilates SLIM-DOWN Class

Many of you have expressed an interest in a Pilates Weight Loss class. This month we're excited to unveil a class that combines: Pilates, Cardio, and Nutrition!

This class starts with a brisk Pilates-style group walk around Evergreen Lake boosting metabolism, follows with a vigorous Beg/Inter. Pilates class utilizing equipment and mat work, and finishes with practical nutrition and exercise homework assignments

Begins: April 17th - Tuesdays 11:15am - 12:45pm Equipment Class Prices

Sunday Phillips leads the class offering enthusiasm, coaching, and a wealth of knowledge on better nutrition. Sunday is currently finishing her Bachelors of Science degree in Holistic Nutrition at Clayton College of Natural Health.

Pilates for GOLF

Tee Up this spring with Pilates for Golf. Pilates is terrific cross-training used by pro and amateur golfers to avoid sport specific injuries, improve core strength, flexibility, and range of motion. A strong core is critical to avoiding low back injury and essential for creating a powerful line of energy from the lower body to the upper body and into the club. In addition, improved flexibility helps you to stay more limber and to hold less tension.
